Description:Annual herbs with rosette of radical leaves. Leaves finely two-tree times pinnatisect. Flowers about 15 x 20 mm; sepals small, flat, not covering corolla; corolla yellow; stamens 4, stigmas strongly deflexed or twisted. Silique narrow-linear, erect, with thin, strictly transverse septae.
Comments:The Family is separated from Papaveraceae by 2-merous flowers and is closely related to Fumariaceae.
