Revised by:Schnittler, M.: cf. atrata L. (= C. melanocephala), 1.2.2010
Record formerly determined as:lachenalii Schkuhr= C. tripartita auct.
Collected by:Rilke, S.; König, P., 8.8.2002, Coll.No. 3873
Determined by:N. Lashinski, 2002
Flowering status:flowering to fruiting
Comments for presentation :C. atrata agg.: plants with a terminal spike consisting of pistillate flowers in upper, staminate flowers in lower part, often keyed out under heterostachic sedges (most Central european keys). Gubanov: C. melanocephala Turcz. listed, seems to be a syn. to C. atrata L., but C. atrata as a name is not listed. However, the Mongolian plants seem to be rather C. atrata than C. aterrima, and the characters described in Grubov (II: 107) point towards C. atrata; and C. aterrima is keyed out as C. perfusca V. Krecz. (M. Schnittler, 01.02.2010)
